How We Process.

The walnuts we process are mechanically harvested in the field and are then transported to a huller where the walnuts are hulled and also washed and dried. They are then transported to our facility where they are sized and sorted to optimum quality standards before they are packed in-shell or sent to sheller to be precisely cracked, cleaned, and packed to optimum quality.
